The End of an Era – Change is Good!

After almost 18 years of meeting Monday’s at noon at the Wheat Ridge Rec Center, our club has changed meeting locations. It was a bitter-sweet day February 26, 2018, our last meeting at the WR Rec Center, but our club has moved on with knowing that “Change is Good”!

Our new meeting location starting March 5, 2018, will be the Doctor’s Conference Room at Lutheran Medical Center (Second floor, West Pavilion, just off the cafeteria). This change will allow us to save over $6,000.00 a year in meeting costs – money that we can put back into service projects to benefit the community and better the world. In Rotary Tradition: Service Above Self!

Come join us for lunch at our new location! Lutheran Medical Center, 8300 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033

Here are some pictures of our last meeting at our old location:

Life Service not Lip Service

Serving, Caring, & Sharing
God of all, today we pray that we may receive your blessing because we are committed to be a real service organization to help humankind. May each of us, in our daily routine, come to know the joy of caring and sharing with others who are not as fortunate as we are. May our motto that includes serving, caring and sharing be for us life service not just lip service.
Amen.
